PSB Mechanical Services was commissioned to convert an existing space into a dirty utility (sluice) room within a ward at Barnet Hospital. The project required precise planning to integrate new plumbing services within an operational hospital environment.
The team located existing hot, cold, and waste services within the ward to enable a clean and effective supply to the new sluice sink. Pipework was altered to suit the new layout, allowing the installation of a compliant sluice sink within the newly designated Dirty Utility Room.
