Centenary Theatre required a boiler replacement due to the age and inefficiency of the existing system. Additionally, there was a need to improve energy usage and increase hot water capacity to meet rising demand.
PSB Mechanical Services replaced the ageing boiler and hot water cylinder serving the theatre. The plant room was re-piped to split the heating zones, providing the theatre with greater control over its heating system and allowing for improved energy management. The new hot water cylinder increased capacity to accommodate higher usage demands, ensuring comfort and reliability for staff and patrons.
