Bentima House was experiencing persistent low cold water pressure throughout the building, which also impacted the performance and circulation of the hot water system. This was a critical issue affecting the comfort and functionality of the entire commercial office space.
PSB Mechanical Services conducted a thorough assessment and designed a comprehensive solution to deliver consistent water pressure building-wide. The existing redundant boiler was removed to make space for a new 2000-litre cold water storage tank and a cold water booster pump. The plant room’s existing water main was altered to accommodate the new setup. All necessary pipework was installed to connect the new booster pump and convert the existing cold water system into a high-efficiency, boosted supply network.
