Aurora Lighting required the installation of new welfare facilities, including male, female, and disabled WCs, along with a staff tea point in an underdeveloped section of their warehouse. The project needed a custom solution due to the absence of existing gravity drainage in the designated area.
PSB Mechanical Services installed a new cold water main to supply the newly designated area of the warehouse. A new drainage pump was fitted to overcome the lack of foul gravity drainage. The works included the supply and installation of a compliant Doc M pack WC for disabled access, alongside newly constructed male and female WC facilities. Additionally, a new tea point was installed to serve staff requirements, completing the welfare upgrade for the site.
