School Wash Basin Trough Installation in Chesham

Chesham

Education | School

Scope:

Heatherton School required an upgrade to its handwashing facilities to accommodate more students at once and improve hygiene efficiency. The existing setup, with individual basins, limited the number of children who could wash their hands simultaneously—posing a challenge for school operations.

Work carried out:

PSB Mechanical Services removed the existing individual wash hand basins and adapted the waste pipework to suit a new configuration. Two trough-style wash hand basins were installed, providing space for six children to wash their hands at once. Infrared sensor taps were also fitted to enhance ease of use and support better hygiene standards for students.
